Refund and Returns Policy
KINDLY NOTE THAT ALL EXCHANGE ITEMS WILL BE TREATED AS A STORE CREDIT ONLY.
NO CASH REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANY REASON.
EXCHANGE INSIDE LEBANON:
– Please notify us about the EXCHANGE ITEM, and the reason about the exchange within maximum 24 hours from receiving your order.
– Once you decide to exchange, kindly contact us by email: info@error404clo.com
– Feel free to exchange your item with another size, another color, or with a different item on the page.
– For exchange, we will arrange with the delivery company to pick up the item, and exchange it for you. A delivery charge will apply as per the delivery company rates on the delivery due date.
– All exchange items must be returned back in the original form they were delivered to the client. The item must not be worn, altered, or damaged. All tags must be attached when returned.
– In case you decide to keep your exchange item as a store credit, the driver will pick up the item, and your store credit will apply.
– PLEASE NOTE NO CASH REFUNDS AT ANY TIME REGARDLESS OF YOUR REASONS PROVIDED.

RETURN PROCESS:

– Please allow at least SEVEN working days for processing any returned item. Upon receiving your returned item & inspecting its condition, we will process your store credit, and credit your account.
– Please note, you will be responsible for all return fees that include: (1) Shipping Fees, (2) Handling and Logistics, (3) Custom Duties’ Charges.
